Estamos
vivendo a dinâmica do século XXI onde transformações radicais estão acontecendo
na Política, na Economia, na Religião, na Tecnologia, nas Comunicações e
principalmente na Sociedade no que se refere a comportamentos, relacionamentos
e direitos. A globalização transformou a vida. O mundo passou a interagir de
uma forma simples, direta e rápida. A velocidade das comunicações mudou a forma
de pensar e comportamental. Agora o mundo sabe o que esta acontecendo em
qualquer parte do globo em tempo real e as pessoas interagem virtualmente e
trocam informações, criando verdadeiros furacões incontroláveis de ações
interativas que tem, inclusive, provocado a quede de poder em varias partes do
mundo. Agora a Internet compete com o poderio bélico, como arma de destruição e
a guerra virtual é declarada pela massa de internautas, sem nenhum controle das
nações mais poderosas. Atualmente esta
guerra virtual vem sufocando as maiores economias do mundo que estão sucumbindo
ao poderio do capital Este virtualmente gira nos mercados e determina, o que
sobe e o que desce nos degraus da economia. Quem está vencendo, ainda não
sabemos, mas a história há de contar.
Neste
cenário de disputa pelo poder econômico, quem realmente sai perdendo é a grande
massa da população, sem poderes de decisão e submissa a governos corruptos e
ditatoriais.
A lei dos direitos humanos protege principalmente bandidos
com alta capacidade de barganha e rendimentos que os torna capazes de corromper
os poderes públicos.
O narcotráfico é um dos maiores e mais poderosos negócios do
mundo e dominado por governos populistas que matam, seqüestram e mantêm seus
adversários em cárcere, onde são torturados em nome do poder.
Mas é exatamente nesta área de direitos humanos, com leis
tão precariamente redigidas, que São Mateus nos revela o código mais perfeito,
simples e admirado, temido pelos poderosos, porque reflete a verdade, que é o Sermão da Montanha. Mateus (Levi na
época em que recebeu o chamado de Jesus), quando redigiu esta passagem do
Evangelho, o fez com conhecimento de causa já que seu status de cobrador de
impostos do Império Romano deu-lhe razões e condições de fazer uma profunda
reflexão a respeito. Ele conhecia o poder e a condição dos pobres, pois lidava
com os dois lados e sabia das barbaridades que eram cometidas contra os cristãos,
o que não difere em nada dos dias de hoje. Mahatma Gandhi, o grande pacifista,
exaltava este decálogo como a maior pérola da literatura universal, capaz de substituir
e sobrepor qualquer obra editada em todos os tempos, se fosse o único documento
salvo de uma catástrofe.
Mas estes direitos redigidos a mais de 2000 anos, não dizem
claramente sobre benefícios materiais e é ai que está a questão. Como na época
em que foi proferido, hoje também o povo anseia por bens materiais e com muita
justiça, quando estes bens representam o direito a vida, o direito de não
sentir fome, de não sentir sede e de ter um teto para morar.
Mas o que é não sentir fome, sede e um leito para repousar,
senão toda a estrutura do Sermão da montanha.

tive fome e não me destes de comer; tive sede e não me destes de beber;43.era peregrino e não
me acolhestes; nu e não me vestistes; enfermo
e na prisão e não me visitastes.
Antes de olhar para o Código de Direitos Humanos dever-se-ia
fazer um aprofundamento, em nível de meditação e a luz da lei dos homens, da
unicidade que representa o Sermão da Montanha. Sentir que hoje se entende como
Direitos Humanos a defesa, principalmente, de bandidos, por pseudos cristãos.
Faz-se preciso um olhar mais amoroso, profundamente voltado aos nossos
semelhantes desprotegidos e submissos ao poder do capital da mesma forma como
era no tempo de Levi.
Nossos semelhantes morrem vitimas de guerras perversas,
morrem de fome vitimas de governos perversos, morrem de sede vitimas de ações perversas
dos poderosos, morrem ao relento, nas ruas, debaixo dos viadutos, morrem na
cracolandia sem a menor piedade...

Bem-aventurados os
humildes de espírito, porque deles é o Reino dos Céus!
Bem-aventurados os que choram, porque serão consolados!
Bem-aventurados os mansos, porque possuirão a terra! Bem-aventurados os que têm
fome e sede de justiça,
porque serão saciados! Bem-aventurados os misericordiosos,
porque alcançarão misericórdia! Bem-aventurados os puros de coração, porque
verão Deus! Bem-aventurados os
que Promovem a Paz, porque serão chamados
filhos de Deus! Bem-aventurados os que são perseguidos por causa da justiça,
porque deles é o Reino dos Céus! Bem-aventurados sereis quando vos caluniarem,
quando vos perseguirem e disserem falsamente todo o mal contra vós por causa de Mim. Alegrai-vos e
exultai, porque será grande a vossa recompensa nos céus, pois assim
perseguiram os profetas que vieram antes de vós.

We are living in the
dynamics of the century where radical changes are occurring in politics, in
economics, in religion, in technology, especially in the Communications and
Society in relation to behavior, relationships and rights. Globalization has
transformed life. The world began to interact in a simple, straightforward and
quick. The speed of communications has changed the thinking and behavior. Now
the world knows what is happening anywhere in the globe in real time and people
interact virtually and exchange information, creating typhoons uncontrollable
interactive actions that have even led to quede power in various parts of the
world. Now the Internet competes with military power as a weapon of destruction
and war is declared by the virtual mass of Internet users, without any control
of the most powerful nations. Currently this virtual war is choking the largest
economies in the world who are succumbing to the power of capital markets in
this virtually turns and determines what rises and what falls on the steps of
the economy. Who is winning, we do not know, but history will tell.
In this scenario of struggle for
economic power, who really loses out is the great mass of the population
without power of decision and submissive to corrupt and dictatorial
governments.
The human rights law
protects primarily bandits with high capacity to bargain and the income that
makes them capable of corrupting the government.
Drug trafficking is
one of the largest and most powerful businesses in the world and dominated by
populist governments who kill, kidnap and keep their opponents in jail, where
they are tortured in the name of power.
But it is precisely
this area of human rights, with laws so poorly written that St. Matthew tells
us the code more perfect, simple and admired, feared by the powerful, because
it reflects the truth, which is the Sermon on the Mount. Matthew (Levi at the
time the call of Jesus), when you wrote this passage from the Gospel, did
knowingly its status as a tax collector of the Roman Empire gave him reasons
and conditions to make a deep reflection respect. He knew the power and
condition of the poor, for dealing with both sides and knew of the atrocities
that were committed against Christians, which is no different from today.
Mahatma Gandhi, the great pacifist, this Decalogue extolled as the greatest
pearl of world literature, able to override and replace any work published at
all times, it was the only document saved from a catastrophe.
But these rights
written over 2000 years, do not say clearly about material benefits and that is
where is the question. As at the time of its delivery, today also the people
yearn for material goods and very justly, when these assets represent the right
to life, the right not to feel hunger, thirst and do not have a roof to live.
But what is not to
feel hunger, thirst and a bed to rest, but the whole structure of the Sermon on
the Mount.

42.Porque I was hungry and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty and you gave
me drink; 43.era stranger and ye took me not; naked and ye clothed me not: sick
and in prison and ye visited me not.
Before looking at the
Human Rights Code would be due to a deepening in the level of meditation and
under the law of men, that represents the uniqueness of the Sermon on the
Mount. Feeling that now sees itself as defending human rights, especially the
villains, for pseudo Christians. It will be a need to look more loving, deeply
focused our neighbors unprotected and submissive to the power of capital in the
same way as it was at the time of Levi.
Our fellows die
victims of vicious wars, starving victims of wicked governments, die of thirst
victims of wicked actions of powerful, die in the open streets, under the
viaduct, in Cracolândia die without any mercy ...

Blessed are the poor
in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven! Blessed are they that mourn,
for they shall be comforted! Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the
earth! Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, they shall be
satisfied! Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy! Blessed are
the pure in heart for they shall see God! Blessed are the peacemakers, for they
shall be called sons of God! Blessed are they which are persecuted for
righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven! Blessed are you when
they insult you, persecute you and say when all the evil falsely against you
because of Me Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven: for
so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
